Magnews has been in existence since 2000. Since then, digital marketing has changed a great deal, and so have we. Ultimately, in day-to-day practice, what matters is what we build together.

We don’t have a one-size-fits-all way of working (and, to be honest, that’s for the best.)

Gender equality

There are issues that many companies talk about. We prefer to take action.

For us, gender equality isn’t an initiative to be trotted out on special occasions, but something that should be business as usual. In the people we hire, in the opportunities for growth, in the way we work together every day.

And yes, it’s also certified. But first and foremost, it’s put into practice.

Work from wherever you work best

Remote working is here to stay. But the point isn’t where you work: it’s being able to do your job well.

We organize ourselves around objectives, projects and shared responsibilities. Trust works better than control, especially when everyone knows what they have to do and can rely on one another.

Every now and then we get out of the office

We spend a lot of time together, so every now and then it makes sense to meet up outside the context of calls and meetings.

We organise team-building activities, events and opportunities to get together. We’d never say we’re a ‘big family’, but it’s easier to work well together when we really get to know each other.

We also do things outside of work

Every now and then, work leaves the office in a different sense.

We take part in social and environmental initiatives. Small activities, of course, but ones that remind us that working together isn’t just about delivering a project.

Do you have children? They are part of the equation

Your private life doesn’t stop when you clock in to start work.

That’s why we try to create an environment that also takes into account what happens outside the office. There’s a children’s play area, but above all, there’s the idea that having a family isn’t something you have to deal with in silence.
