Data retention policy on the magnews Saas Platform

This document provides information on the maximum retention period applied by Diennea S.r.l. to the data and information collected and processed through the magnews SaaS Platform.

Magnews account Client's magnews account and all data and information therein. 37 days after termination of the licence agreement, subject to any requests by the Client.
Communication events Events logged for delivery recipients (opens, clicks, bounces, ...). 545 days after shipment completion
Transactional messages sent Information and Statistical events related to transactional messages.

Note: message bodies are deleted immediately after sending, except for transactional messages sent with the option "messageRetention full" whose body is deleted together with the transactional message.

Completed plans History of contact bookings managed via the optional "AdPlanner" module.

Note: The plannings list and their related reports will remain available and searchable.

Automated workflow sessions Details of contact sessions within automated flows created via the optional "Marketing Automation" module. 365 days
Technical data on shipments Technical data on bulk mailings and events related to bulk mailings. 30 days after shipment completion
Contact import files Files uploaded by users upon contact import. 15 days
Data export files Files generated by the platform following to a batch data export request. 15 days.
Detailed web service log The detailed logs of Web service requests serve the only purpose of supporting the development of integrations with the platform. These logs are not in any way responsible for recording and/or storing personal data and may therefore be incomplete and not exhaustive. 30 days
Users activities logs Information about account users activity. 180 days
Users access log Log of platform logins by users. 3650 days
Technical platform logs Logs saved for security and system analysis purposes. 15 days
Platform web access logs Logs saved for security and system analysis purposes. 3650 days
Content of e-mail messages sent through MTA Content processed by and passed through the Mail Transfer Agent. Up to 7 days
Logs of deliveries from the MTA Logs of email messages sending events from the Mail Transfer Agent. 90 days
Backup Backup and disaster recovery copies. From 15 to 60 days depending on the type of service
Web services log Log of servers providing web services. Up to 180 days
Communications media Media used for communications and messages (images, attachments, ...). 365 days after deletion of related events
SMS shortlink deadline Where applicable time beyond which shortlinks within the SMS stop working. 30 days after sending
