How to report in Gmail
Sign in to your Gmail account
Open the message you wish to view headers for
Click the down arrow next to Reply, at the top of the message panel
Select Show Original
The headers will be displayed in a new window
How to report in Outlook.com
Log in to your Outlook.com account
Select Inbox from the left hand menu
Right-click on the message you want to view headers for and select View Full Header
The headers will be displayed in a new window
How to report in Yahoo! Mail
Log in to your Yahoo! Mail account
Select the message you want to view headers for
In the menu click on More and select View full header
The headers will be displayed in a new window
How to report in Apple Mail
Open Apple Mail
Select the message you want to view headers for
In the menu click on View
Select Message and then All Headers
The complete header will appear in the window below the Inbox
How to report in Outlook
Open Outlook
Open the message by double-clicking on it
Click on the File section
Click on Properties
Headers appear in the Internet Headers section
For older versions of Outlook:
Open Outlook
Open the message you want to view headers for
In the menu click on View and select Option
Headers appear in the Internal Headers section
How to report in Mozilla Thunderbird
Open Mozilla
Open the message you want to view headers for
In the menu click on View and select Message Source
The complete header will appear in the window below the Inbox
